May 23, 2014 · I am selling my 1985 Honda 7.5 hp 4 stroke outboard. This motor has been completely overhauled, starts first pull and can run at any speed all day long. Motor is clean, is a standard length shaft (not a long shaft). The motor has a 6Amp charging port to put a trickle charge on a battery, that is the yellow wire in the picture.

Oct 24, 2010 · I have an old Honda 7.5 hp outboard that will idle only when choked. As the choke is released, the engine revs high and finally stalls even though the idle is set as low as possible. The fuel filter also is not full of fuel though it is installed in the correct orientation. Can’t figure this out.

Depending on condition I would think it would fetch from 0 in fair shape to 0 in nice shape. Long shafts typically sell for less money.

Motor is clean, is a standard length shaft (not a long shaft). The motor has a 6Amp charging port to put a trickle charge on a battery, that is the yellow wire in the picture.

Oct 24, 2010 · I have an old Honda 7.5 hp outboard that will idle only when choked. As the choke is released, the engine revs high and finally stalls even though the idle is set as low as possible. The fuel filter also is not full of fuel though it is installed in the correct orientation. Can’t figure this out.
